Medtronic French Remote Monitoring Reimbursement FHIR Implementation Guide
The purpose of the Implementation Guide is to centralize detailed documentation for the project so that developers supporting CareLink and Cortex are working from the same documentation.
Assumptions
- FHIR artifacts (Patient, Practitioner, Organization) will be produced by Cortex
- CareLink/MLife will not produce FHIR artifacts for Cortex in MMP1
Scope
Data is exchanged from Cortex to CareLink as defined by this implementation guide in instances where there is a strong integration (API).
There are three core use cases where information is required to be exchanged that are targeted for MMP1.
- Patient profile retrieval and synchronization.
- Practitioner profile retrieval and synchronization.
- Organization profile retrieval.
